Wedding Packages
Our wedding reception packages offer options for up to 80, up to 120 and up to 200 guests – and a level of sophistication and genuine historical charm that most venues struggle to match.
Package 1 50 to 80 guests
£4,100 plus VAT
Included in our package for 50 to 80 guests are:
- 2x two-hour meetings with our Venue Director and Catering Director
- Access from 12pm on Friday
- Venue from 9am to 11pm on Saturday
- Pack down 9am to 12pm on Sunday
- Venue Manager on site as your contact
- Guest Car Park with parking marshal
- Customer experience stewards in attendance throughout the event
- Well-stocked, purpose-built bar (guests can pay over the bar by cash or card, or drinks can be charged to a host’s card. If the host is buying, we can cap the bar bill at a certain sum or specify that only certain drinks are available on the house, it really is up to you.)
- 12x12m Marquee on fixed patio base
- 2x pagoda-roof gazebos (no side walls) – 6x6m
- Covered kitchen area with under counter fridges and freezers for use by catering team
- Purpose built Walled Garden themed toilets
- Access parking for up to 6 cars adjacent to the Walled Garden entrance
- Round tables with white table cloths for up to 80 guests
- Seating for 80 guests: wooden-slatted, folding chairs
- 4x Rustic trestle tables
- Fixed lighting: Edison bulb lighting strings in marquee, wall lights, Victorian street lamp, festoon lights surround one lawn and along the length of the access track
- Moveable lighting: Mood-lighting uplighters
- Flower barrow for use as cake stand or sweet trolley
- Easel and A3 blackboard
- Small PA and cordless microphone for background music and speeches
- 4x4m modular stage riser in one metre square sections
- A selection of outdoor seating
- DBS-certified play supervisors for up to 20 children for a duration of up to 4 hours
Package 2 80 to 120 guests
from £4,725 plus VAT
As per Package 1, plus:
- Round tables with white table cloths for up to 120 guests
- Seating for 120 guests: wooden-slatted, folding chairs
- 6x Rustic trestle tables
- Victorian post box or cards and small gifts. Lockable and 100% secure
- Poseur-style gas fire pit
We’re able to accommodate larger parties too, with extra tables and seating and even an additional 12x12m marquee. We can also further personalise your experience with additional features such as festoon lighting, mood-lighting and a 25m² dancefloor.
